Triple Option Networks, unless stated otherwise, offers a 90 day warranty to all resellers and a 1 year warranty to all end-users on its equipment. If you would like to extend that warranty longer than those time periods then please contact your sales representative to discuss further options. Your warranty period begins the day of product arrival. If you are not satisfied with the transaction because the equipment arrived to you damaged, defective or cosmetically unacceptable then call us immediately and we will either send out a replacement if we have more available or we will issue you a refund and credit you the full amount for that item. An RMA (Return Material Authorization) number will be issued to you, where you would be asked you to provide us with the part number and serial number on the equipment. We will either pay the freight cost for shipping that item back to us or we will just have you dispose of the equipment responsibly at your sight. Our goal is to correct any problem that you might have with an order to make sure you are completely satisfied with your experience with Triple Option Networks.
