Q: Why buy equipment from the secondary market?

A: There use to be a time years ago when end-users could go with the option of only buying new. The economy was booming, Telecom providers were making money so the thought of buying used equipment wasn’t necessarily considered. Unfortunately the reality has changed dramatically and decision makers are left to figure out not only how are they going to maintain their network but grow their network with less capital then they’ve had in past years.

We cannot replace the manufacturers but we can be an economical solution to maintaining and even expanding your telecom networks.

Q: Why choose us?

A: At Triple Option Networks we’re here to alleviate the problem of managing your idle assets. You have money tied up into inventory that you’re not using. The longer that equipment sits there taking up warehouse space, it’s most likely losing value. As a result you can face the reality of diminishing returns on that investment. Q: Does this equipment come with a warranty?

A: Yes, our standard warranty is 90 days to other resellers, and a 1 year warranty to our end-user customers. If those time periods don’t work for you then please call us and we can discuss the option of extending the warranty so that it will suit your needs.

Q: What if the equipment is damaged or gets to you defective?

A: In the case where the equipment gets to you and doesn’t work or arrives to you in a condition that is unacceptable we have a RMA (return material authorization) process where we would just need your purchase order number, serial and part number, and quantity of the item in question. We will either replace that item or credit you immediately before we even get the item back from you in-order to aggressively correct this issue.

Q: What are some of the payment options?

A: We can accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit card payments, wire transfers, PayPal, COD’s, money orders, and company checks. Upon credit checks we can set up net payment terms to make repeat business easier. 

Q: What are the shipping options?

A: We use the major carriers to ship our equipment out to you. FedEx and UPS are the top choices and we can even ship the equipment on your account number so you can use your volume discounts that you have to your advantage. Each company offers everything from next day AM delivery to ground service. If the equipment is too large to go through these services then we can use our relationships with trucking companies to assists you on those needs as well.

Q: How much of a discount in price is their off of the MSRP or manufacturer’s list price?

A: Depending on the size of your company and the volume of business that you do with the manufacturers, that factors into the discount that you get off of their list price. Typically we can come in as low as 75-90% off of that list price base on the unique way that we acquire equipment.
